c. This connection is only WIFI and has no user limit, it should be noted that the more users connect, the slower the service will be. If you need network cable, please contact Dannae Urtubia at durtubia@fisa.cl . This WiFi signal is compatible only with devices with 5G/WiFi 5 technology.

d. To verify if your equipment is compatible with this technology (5G/WiFi 5) check your manual or send an email to soporte@fisa.cl with the model/brand of your device and a photo.
e. In case your device does not support the technology (5G/WiFi 5), we can provide you with a USB adapter compatible with Windows PCs or notebooks at an additional cost.

With this service, you can.

● Send and receive mail, download and upload files, visit Web pages.
● Connect smart TVs, desktops or other additional devices that only allow ethernet network cable connection.
● Perform streaming (Live audio and/or video transmission).

With this service, you cannot:

● Give free public WiFi.
Have a dedicated public IP.
● Run services that require opening ports to the Internet.
